The Pilates Room & Bodies In Motion Studio has been part of the South Shore since 2019, with a loyal community and hundreds of five star reviews on its booking app. Online, a newcomer saw none of that. The website hid the free first class, Google showed 13 reviews, and nearby studios showed 65 and 98. In four days we rebuilt the website, completed the Google profile, added new photography and got the reviews moving.

The four days

How it moved.

Monday.

An audit of everything a new visitor sees: the website, the Google profile and the booking listing. Google showed 13 reviews, and the booking listing said the studio was closed every day.

Monday night.

The new website went live, built around one job: getting a new visitor to a first class.

Tuesday.

The Google profile was completed, with a new description, matching hours and the first event posts. Every event on the website now books in one tap.

Wednesday.

The old web address began sending visitors to the new site, so nothing people had saved or linked went dead.

Friday.

40 Google reviews at 5.0, up from 13, and every one answered.

Before

The starting point.

The studio's reputation was strong. The path to a first class was not.

The old site
The old pricing page, telling visitors to find the studio's app in the App Store and create an account before booking
A leftover page on the old site with headings and no events listed
After

What we changed.

A clear first step.

The free first class is the first thing a visitor sees, with a button that books it directly. No app, no account required to claim it.

Classes explained in plain language.

Each class type has its own description, so someone new can tell Reformer from Mat Pilates from Aerial and pick a place to start.

Today's schedule, up front.

The homepage shows the day's classes, and the full week is one tap away.

Events that book in one tap.

Every upcoming event has its own card, and the button opens that event's booking page directly.

A simple way to ask for private sessions.

Private training requests go straight to the owners' inboxes, so no lead waits on a callback.

Consistent everywhere.

Studio hours, contact details and the business description now match across the website, the studio's Google profile and its booking listing.

Reviews made easy.

A short link and a printed card at the front desk open the Google review box directly on a client's phone.

New photography.

We photographed the studio's rooms, equipment and classes, so a visitor sees the place they'll actually walk into and the people they'll meet there.

The difference.

Speed measured on the studio's homepage with the same testing method before and after launch. Reviews counted on the studio's Google profile.

In plain terms: the new homepage is nearly four times lighter and shows its main content on a phone in about half the time or less.

What's next

Results update coming December 2026.

We're tracking Google reviews, free first class bookings from the website, new clients per month, and Google profile calls, clicks and direction requests against the 90 days before launch.
